LS Other models

The register lists 84 versions here with 17 to 290 kW from three- and four-cylinder engines, lift capacities of 820 to 1,850 kg and rated speeds of 2,500 to 2,600 rpm.

Spanning from the small yard tractor to the large field tractor at around 290 kW, LS covers a broad market segment and competes, depending on class, with Kubota and Kioti in the compact range and with European and American brands at the top end; the R, U and P model prefixes each form separate ranges for yard, municipal and field work.

When buying used, identifying the fitted engine comes first, since parts supply differs for Mitsubishi, LS, Iveco/FPT and Shibaura units; also important are the condition of the gearbox and hydraulics, rust on wings and cab, the tightness of the front hitch hydraulics, and, on the larger turbocharged models, the condition of the turbocharger and intercooler.
