The register lists here 174 versions with 47 to 408 kW from four- to eight-cylinders of 2,980 to 15,200 cm³, unladen weights from 2,300 to 18,500 kg, lengths from 5,000 to 11,930 mm and widths from 1,850 to 3,200 mm.

Sisu is Finland's most important truck maker and, besides civilian road transport, traditionally also supplies the Finnish military and forestry with off-road, winter-hardy vehicles; the marque has thereby held its own for decades alongside the big Scandinavian makers Volvo and Scania.

On the older K and KB types, corrosion on the frame and cab, the condition of the engine, clutch and gearbox, and the availability of spare parts, largely confined to Finland for these rarely exported models, count; on all-wheel-drive forestry and off-road versions, the transfer case, axles and tyres as well.
