This page gathers Reo trucks the register could not assign to a named series – from civilian models to the M35-family military vehicles built in large numbers. The Reo Motor Car Company was founded in 1904/05 by Ransom E. Olds, the founder of Oldsmobile, in Lansing, Michigan, and alongside passenger cars also built trucks, including the well-known Reo Speedwagon. From the 1950s, Reo built the 2.5-ton all-wheel-drive M35 truck for the US Army in several versions such as the M35A1 and M35A2, represented in the register in numerous variants; in 1967 the truck division was merged with Diamond T under the White Motor Corporation to form Diamond Reo.

The register lists here 42 versions with six-cylinder engines throughout, displacements of 3,430 to 14,004 cm³, unladen weights of 2,600 to 25,000 kg, gross weights of 5,215 to 25,100 kg, lengths of 5,770 to 8,100 mm and widths of 2,160 to 2,500 mm.

The M35 is among the most-built military trucks of the post-war period and, after its military service, was widely used in civilian roles in numerous countries, including disaster relief and by collectors of historic military vehicles.

On a used M35-family example, the condition of the multifuel engine and injection pump, the transfer case and axles, rust on the frame and load bed, and, for civilian conversions, registration eligibility all count; parts are available through the specialist military-vehicle trade.
