Lamborghini R6 (since 2005) – the Agrotron sister with the bull: R6.100 to R6.185 and VRT.190, the number as hp, Deutz engines from the SDF group, 73 to 149 kW

The R6 is Lamborghini's mid- and upper range of the 2000s and 2010s – and technically the sister of the Deutz-Fahr Agrotron, because since 1995 Deutz-Fahr has belonged to the SDF group of Treviglio, which has owned Lamborghini since 1973: same engines, same transmissions, different bonnet and colour. The type logic: R6 stands for the series, the number after the dot gives the output in hp – R6.100 about 100 hp, R6.140 about 140 hp, R6.185 about 185 hp – VRT.190 marks the version with continuously variable transmission (Vario technology), which SDF markets as TTV. The engines are Deutz four- and six-cylinders of 4.04 and 6.06 litres, water-cooled with common rail – a break with the air-cooled tradition SAME and Lamborghini stood for over decades.

The register lists 10 versions with 73 to 149 kW (100 to 203 hp), 4,038 to 6,057 cm³ with four or six cylinders, unladen weights from 4,440 to 7,300 kg, lengths from 4,139 to 4,867 mm, widths from 1,880 to 2,720 mm and heights from 2,685 to 3,127 mm; one model is approved for B100 biodiesel.

Within the SDF group Lamborghini serves the upper segment: the R6 came with full equipment – powershift, suspended front axle, cab suspension – and the bull badge that attracts buyers in Italy and France who do not want the Deutz-Fahr.

On used tractors, operating hours, engine condition and aftertreatment on the younger models, powershift or VRT continuously variable transmission, front-axle suspension and hydraulics count; parts run through SDF dealers and are identical to the Agrotron.
