The register lists here 509 versions with 0.75 to 160 kW, two- to eight-pole, full-load efficiencies from 69.2 to 97.08% and at 75% load from 69.3 to 97.21%. Protection is mostly IP55 (362) and IP66 (78), frame sizes run from 80 to 355. Italy (292) and China (215) are recorded as manufacturing countries, with India in a few cases. Testing mostly followed the older AS/NZS 1359.5:2000 standard (292) and the 2004 version (214), almost exclusively with test method B; of 509 motors, 75 reach the 2005 High Efficiency Level (roughly IE2), the remaining 434 stay unclassified – suggesting a large part of the range comes from older series registered before the tighter efficiency stages.

As an Italian maker, CEG chiefly serves the European and Australian markets with a classic IEC standard-motor programme for pumps, fans, compressors and general drive tasks, competing with larger Italian and international suppliers.

When buying used, on the older models registered under the Legacy standard, winding condition and a checked insulation resistance matter especially; on all models, bearing, shaft and key condition, visible corrosion on the terminal box and fan cover, and a legible nameplate with frame size and pole count matter; inverter suitability on the older ranges should not be assumed without checking.
