McCormick International Standard series – the European IH from Doncaster and Neuss (1950s–1960s): B-250 to B-634, F-240 and F-270, D 217, 276 and 434, the number as size class, 12 to 49 kW
The Standard series gathers International Harvester's European farm tractors that came under the McCormick International brand from two plants: Doncaster in England, which had built tractors since 1949, and Neuss on the Rhine. The B models – B-250 (1956), B-275 (1958), B-414 (1961), B-450 and B-634 – are the Doncaster range, whose number orders the size class in ascending order and whose B-634 appeared with 4 WD as a four-wheel-drive version; the 276 and 434 are the successors without letter from the 1960s. The F-240 and F-270 and the D 217 come from IH's French and German production – F for the Saint-Dizier plants, D for Neuss – with F/S for version variants. The engines came from IH's own production, two- to four-cylinders of 1.2 to 4.6 litres; three of the ten register models were still delivered optionally with petrol.

The B-275 and B-414 became the best-selling British tractors of their class and went as export models to India, where Mahindra took over the design under licence – the root of India's Mahindra tractors to this day.
Used B models are common collector and farmyard tractors in Britain and Ireland; when buying, engine condition, gearbox, hydraulics and parts supply, unusually good thanks to the Indian kinship, are what count.
