The Grepow 400Wh/kg Semi-Solid 16Ah 6S (part number TARBG4016K06S10X) is a semi-solid lithium battery from Shenzhen Grepow Battery for mid-size multicopters. Six cells in series give a nominal 22.2 V at 16 Ah; the pack measures 185 × 71.5 × 41 mm.
22.2 V and 16 Ah give 355.2 Wh; at 990 g that is 358.8 Wh/kg at pack level. The series name quotes 400 Wh/kg; the finished pack reaches about 359 Wh/kg when calculated. The continuous current is 48 A (3C), about 1.1 kW; as a peak 80 A is allowed for at most 15 s. The connector version is selectable, XT90S-F or AS150U-F. The maker quotes more than 300 cycles of life; the figure depends on depth of discharge and current.
355.2 Wh is far above 160 Wh. Under the IATA passenger leaflet (February 2019 edition) the pack travels only as dangerous-goods cargo, not as a spare in hand baggage; UN 38.3 testing is the precondition, and airline rules may be stricter. The pack alone weighs 990 g, more than the 900 g that an entire aircraft of EU class C1 may weigh.
In selection the continuous current of 48 A must cover the hover current of the aircraft with reserve; at 3C the pack is built for endurance, not for high current. XT90S-F and AS150U-F both have spark protection, and the AS150U-F is made for higher currents; either version has to match the wiring. Wear shows as lost cycles, growing voltage sag and deformed cells; the six cell voltages are checked at the seven-pin balance lead. Storage is in the middle of the charge range as the maker specifies.

What to check before buying
- Check the hour meter against the service records — a replaced instrument is the most common gap.
- Compare the data plate and chassis number with the papers.
- Ask about parts availability for this build year — the running costs hang on it.
