This page gathers the tractors listed under Valmet and Valtra the register could not assign to a named range – from the Valmet 800 through the 8000 size classes (8150, 8400, 8450, 8950-4) to the 6750-4 Hitech and the later 6600E. Valmet, the Finnish tractor brand from Suolahti with state roots, built the first Finnish tractor in 1951 and was renamed Valtra in 1997 after Sisu came on board; since 2004 the brand has belonged to AGCO. The digit 4 after the type, as in the 6750-4 and 8950-4, marks four-wheel drive, Hitech the equipment with electronic control, E a later model stage.

Valmet and the later Valtra are market leaders in Finland and Scandinavia; the 8000 series was among the largest and most powerful Finnish-built tractors of the 1980s and 1990s and was widespread above all in forestry and large-scale farming.
