Starset Trailers up to 3.5 t (Class O2)

The register lists here 311 versions with unladen weights from 180 to 2,600 kg, gross weights from 850 to 3,200 kg, lengths from 2,990 to 12,750 mm and widths from 1,500 to 2,550 mm.

In practice, class O2 covers everything from a light boat trailer to a heavy tandem-axle trailer for machinery or vehicle transport; the wide span of weight and length in this batch reflects exactly this variety rather than the narrow range of a single maker. This is why the page reads as a slice of the vehicle register rather than as the catalogue of one company.

For a trailer from this collection, the registration papers are worth checking first to establish the maker, year and actual permitted payload; technically, as with any trailer of this class, axle and brake system, overrun coupling, frame and drawbar for rust, and lights and number-plate holder all count, and spare parts depend on the maker once identified.
