Various model suffixes such as F (Frutteto) show that Deutz-Fahr also adapted the Agroclimber series to different specialty-crop and mountain-farming requirements.
For operations in the Alps and mid-mountain regions, this series offered an alternative to dedicated hillside specialists such as Lindner or Reform.
When buying a used Agroclimber, clutch and gearbox condition, the tightness of the lift hydraulics, and rust on chassis and mudguards after use on steep terrain matter, plus, on the F and V variants, the availability of matching narrow tyres. Parts run through the SAME Deutz-Fahr group's dealer network, which as an active company continues to support older series too. PTO and three-point hitch correspond in this power class to ISO 730 Category II at 540 rpm, sufficient for the implements typical of mountain farming.
