McCormick CM series 323 to 824 – compact and mid-range tractors of the brand revived in 2001: three- and four-cylinder diesels, 19 to 54 kW, built by ARGO Tractors in Italy

The name McCormick goes back to Cyrus McCormick and his reaper company, which was absorbed into International Harvester in 1902 and served there as a tractor and harvester brand name into the 1980s. In 2001 the successor group, Case IH, sold the name rights to the Italian ARGO group (Landini, Valpadana), which has since run McCormick as an independent tractor brand headquartered in Fabbrico near Reggio Emilia. The CM series covers the compact and lower mid-range class; the type number orders the models from 323 to 824 by ascending power, and the suffix A marks an equipment variant of the larger 523, 724 and 824 models.
