Massey Ferguson FE-35 – the successor to the Ferguson TE-20 from Coventry, 1956 to 1964, three-cylinder of 2,500 cm³, 27 to 32 kW, unladen weight 1,480 kg
The FE-35 was the successor to the Ferguson TE-20, which started production in 1956 at the Banner Lane plant in Coventry and, after the 1957 merger of Massey-Harris and Ferguson, became the new Massey Ferguson brand's first shared tractor; the 1830 model designation refers to the engine code. The suffixes -60, -62, -63 and -64 in the model names on this collective page give the successive production years up to replacement by the MF 35 X range in 1964. The 1830 engine is a Perkins three-cylinder diesel that also powered other vehicles and stationary equipment of the period.

The FE-35 carried Harry Ferguson's three-point hydraulics with draft control under the Massey Ferguson name for the first time and became one of Britain's most-built tractors; among farmers and collectors it is still regarded as a classic of post-war mechanisation. In Britain, Ireland and the Commonwealth countries, the FE-35 shaped a whole generation of farmers who used effective three-point hydraulics for the first time through it.
