This page gathers the Lancia vehicles the register could not assign to a named range. Lancia was founded in Turin in 1906 and has belonged to the Fiat and, today, Stellantis group since 1969. Among the models listed here are the Delta, built as a compact car since the 1970s and turned into a rally icon in its turbocharged, four-wheel-drive HF Integrale form, the compact Musa van based on the Fiat Punto, and the large vans Phedra and Voyager. The Phedra was developed under the Eurovan cooperation at the Val di Sangro plant alongside the Fiat Ulysse, the Citroën C8 and the Peugeot 807; the Voyager and Grand Voyager are the European versions of the American Chrysler large van, which Lancia sold under its own name from 2011. These passenger cars appear here among the commercial vehicles because they were registered as light commercial vehicles for business use.

The Delta and the large vans found buyers above all in Italy, France and the Benelux countries; in the commercial-vehicle segment the brand always stood in the shadow of Fiat and the French makers, and commercial registration served mainly business owners reclaiming VAT.

On the Delta, rust protection on sills and wheel arches counts, and on the HF Integrale the condition of the turbocharger and four-wheel-drive system; on the Musa, Phedra and Voyager, air conditioning, electric sliding doors and the automatic-transmission history; parts run through the Stellantis network, on older Delta models increasingly through specialists.
