The register lists 10 versions with 1,968 to 2,299 cm³ engine capacity from four-cylinder engines, 2,600 to 2,760 kg kerb weight and 3,500 kg gross vehicle weight. Lengths range from 6,180 to 6,890 mm, width stands uniformly at 2,100 mm; measured outputs lie between 110 and 132 kW.

Horseboxes on a 3.5-tonne base can be driven on a standard car licence and are therefore common at riding stables, with competition riders and in commercial horse transport. The consistent use of the full 3.5-tonne gross vehicle weight shows that the bodies fully exploit the payload limit of that licence category.

For a used example, the condition and ventilation of the horse compartment, the load-bearing capacity and anchoring of the partitions, and the braking system and tyres matter greatly given the often fully used payload. Corrosion on the body underside and around the ramp area should be checked; the base vehicles themselves benefit from the dense service network of the respective car manufacturers.
