Chery – other models: the collective page of Chinese tractors outside the named ranges, from the RC through the RD and RK to the RV series, 19 to 220 kW, YTO, Yuchai and Quanchai diesel engines
This page gathers the Chery tractors the register could not assign to a named range. Chery is known as a car maker from Wuhu in China's Anhui province and also sells tractors through its own agricultural-machinery arm, chiefly for export. The type logic of the models: RC marks the standard series, the suffix "High Crop" a version with raised ground clearance for tall-growing crops, RD, RK, RL and RV further series with rising numbers for the power class. As with many Chinese agricultural-machinery brands, the engines do not come from in-house production but from specialised Chinese diesel-engine makers: YTO of Luoyang, Yuchai of Guangxi, Quanchai of Anhui, Xinchai of Jiangsu, and Laidong and Jiangdong, which are often fitted in combination in a single model.

In the tractor market Chery appears chiefly in the mid power segment and, like most Chinese agricultural-machinery production, targets primarily export markets in Africa, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America, where the combination of standard Chinese engines and simple mechanics serves an affordable price segment.
On used tractors, operating hours and service records, the condition of the injection pump and radiator, the tightness of hydraulics and lift, rust on cab and mudguards, and – on the High Crop versions – the condition of the raised axles and linkage count; outside China, parts are available only through specialised importers.
