Workmaster is New Holland's name for its compact and utility tractors for the North American market, from the small yard and property tractor to the all-round tractor for smaller operations. The name itself is not new: Ford already called its 600 to 900 range Workmaster and Powermaster in the 1950s and early 1960s, before New Holland revived the designation decades later for the modern utility class. All models run the three-cylinder R753 diesel engine from FPT, the engine maker belonging to the CNH group alongside New Holland.
