The PUMA range positions Case IH in the mid-to-upper power class of standard tractors and competes there directly with its sister models from New Holland within the same CNH group, as well as with John Deere's 6 series and Fendt's Vario range. The St. Valentin plant builds not only the PUMA range but also Case IH's smaller and larger standard tractors, and is one of CNH's most important tractor plants in Europe.
