The register lists here 30 versions with 5 to 820 kW, unladen weights of 32.3 to 79,500 kg, lengths of 1,780 to 11,600 mm, widths of 850 to 6,000 mm and heights of 1,070 to 4,250 mm; on the largest machines twelve-cylinder engines, including V12 layouts, are also recorded.

The span from a few kilowatts to 820 kW and from 32 kilograms to almost 80 tonnes shows that quite different vehicle classes converge here – from the small field tractor through forestry skidder tractors of the ТДТ and ТЛТ ranges to heavy tracked vehicles as built by Soviet and Russian industry for construction, mining and special military purposes.

Dealing with such vehicles from post-Soviet production, what matters most is documented provenance and registration status, since many of these types are not readily road-registrable outside their country of origin; technically, on tracked vehicles the condition of the undercarriage and track rollers, the tightness of the hydraulics and cooling system take priority, and on the forestry skidders the wear of the winch cable and stakes; spare parts, depending on the plant and model, are only available through specialised dealers in the respective countries of origin.
