Sisu K-AKK-8X4 is a range from the Finnish manufacturer Sisu for heavy trucks with the 8x4 wheel formula, meaning eight wheels of which four are driven. This axle configuration spreads high axle loads over two drive axles and one trailing axle and is the common layout in Finland and Scandinavia for timber-transport and construction vehicles with particularly high payload. Sisu, based in Karis (Karjaa), has built these chassis for decades for Nordic heavy haulage.
