SAME Deutz-Fahr is a brand of the Italian SDF group, headquartered in Treviglio, which brought together the tractor brands SAME, Deutz-Fahr, Lamborghini and Hürlimann. Series 3E forms the more simply equipped economy line within the lower power segment, aimed at smaller and mid-sized farms, orchards and livestock holdings.

The 3035E is powered by a three-cylinder diesel engine of 2,500 cc, producing 31 kW (42 hp) at 2,000 rpm. At a weight of 1,620 kg, a wheelbase of 1,800 mm and a width of 1,600 mm, the tractor reaches a design top speed of 32 km/h. The hydraulic lift capacity is 1,250 kg, the overall height 2,185 mm and the length 3,229 mm.
A three-cylinder engine of 2.5 litres and roughly 1.6 tonnes of weight marks a compact all-purpose tractor, the kind used for grassland upkeep, yard work and light implements. The 32 km/h top speed sits below the thresholds of both the L and T German driving licence categories for agricultural and forestry tractors. The three-point hitch at this size usually takes category 1 implements, and the power take-off runs at 540 rpm.
Buying a used compact economy model, it is worth checking the lift capacity under load, since the simpler hydraulics on this line are more modestly sized than on higher trim levels.
