2 models in this series
New Holland T5 – mid all-purpose class: model 120 and T5.105, four-cylinder of 3,400 cm³, 79 to 86 kW (107 to 117 hp), lift capacity 4,400 kg, gross weight 6,250 kg
The T5 range sits at New Holland between the compact T4 and the large T6/T7 class and follows the same naming scheme, in which the number after the dot gives the approximate power class, here T5.105 for about 105 hp. The plain designation 120 points to an earlier or different label within the same range.

The register lists 2 versions with 79 to 86 kW (107 to 117 hp) from four-cylinder engines of 3,400 cm³, an unladen weight of 3,700 kg and a gross weight of 6,250 kg; lift capacity is 4,400 kg, length is 4,036 mm, width is 2,500 mm and the build height is a minimum of 2,569 mm, at a rated speed of 2,300 rpm.
As a mid all-purpose tractor the T5 meets the needs of mixed arable and livestock farms across Europe that need more power and lift capacity than the T4 class but not yet the size of the T6 and T7 ranges, for example for tillage, baler work, slurry transport and heavier front-loader duty in the daily routine of larger farms.
When buying used, check operating hours and the condition of clutch and gearbox, the tightness of hydraulics and lift, the condition of the cab suspension, PTO operation, and rust on the bodywork and frame; parts run through New Holland's wide dealer network.
New Holland belongs to the CNH Industrial group, which also includes the sister brand Case IH, reflected in the wide availability of parts even for older T5 models.
