Mitsubishi Other models

The register lists 37 versions here with 27.6 to 37.3 kW from engines of 2,610 to 3,332 cm³ displacement and operating weights of 3,480 to 4,850 kg.

The BD2 series occupies the compact crawler dozer segment for smaller earthmoving, forestry and off-road work, where it competes with similarly sized models from Komatsu and Caterpillar; after the formation of the Shin Caterpillar Mitsubishi joint venture, the construction machinery division was gradually folded into today's Caterpillar manufacturing in Japan.

When buying used, these compact dozers call for checking wear on track rollers and track tension, the condition of blade hydraulics and tilt cylinders, and the tightness of the S4 engines at the cylinder head and injection pump; parts today mostly flow through Caterpillar Japan channels, since Mitsubishi's standalone construction machinery division was absorbed into that joint venture.
