At 10,100 mm long and 2,500 mm wide, the vehicle weighs 4,980 kg unladen; up to the permitted gross weight of 30,000 kg, 25,020 kg of payload remains, more than four-fifths of the gross weight. That gives a payload share of around 83 percent of the gross weight.

Such a high payload share on a comparatively compact length points to dense, heavy cargo such as stone, metal or building materials rather than bulky, light loads. Towing one requires licence category CE, since the gross weight is far above 3.5 tonnes, and a dedicated compressed-air braking system is standard in this class. Under EU rules, O3 and O4 trailers must carry retroreflective contour markings at the rear and along the sides.

When buying a heavy trailer of this type used, check the braking system and its lines, the axle mounts for play, and the frame around the hitch. With a payload share of more than four-fifths, sustained overloading tends to show up first in the springs and axle stubs. After a test drive it is also worth checking that the wheel nuts are properly torqued and inspecting the tyre tread depth.
