The XG4145, built in 2017, is powered by a water-cooled three-cylinder diesel engine of 1,879 cm³ displacement, producing 45 hp, equivalent to 34 kW, at 2,600 rpm. The three-point hitch lifts up to 1,250 kg. With the cab fitted, the machine measures 2,282 mm in height and weighs 1,986 kg, giving a power-to-weight figure of roughly 44.1 kg per hp. Length is 3,413 mm, width 1,611 mm and wheelbase 1,858 mm.
The enclosed cab sets the XG4145 apart from open compact tractors and provides weather protection and greater comfort during longer jobs, such as winter road service or all-day grounds maintenance. The 1,250 kg lift capacity is enough for medium implements such as a sweeper, snow blade or rotary harrow.
When buying a used compact tractor with a cab, besides the general checks of the hydraulics, engine and gearbox, it is worth taking a close look at the cab and window seals and testing the heater or air conditioning, since leaks are common there on older examples.
