The Sprint series was Lamborghini's compact utility-tractor line below its large row-crop tractors; all six versions listed here carry the DT designation, which across the Italian SDF marques - Lamborghini, Same and Deutz-Fahr alike - stands for Doppia Trazione, four-wheel drive. The type designation pairs the three-digit series number (654 to 684) with an appended power figure from 55 to 85.

As compact four-wheel-drive tractors, the Sprint series targeted smaller and medium farms, grassland and hillside operations, and viticulture and orchards, where manoeuvrability and low weight mattered more than raw pulling power. Within the SDF group it occupied its own segment alongside comparable series from Same and Deutz-Fahr.
