Krukenmeier Fahrzeugbau GmbH, based in Delbrück in Westphalia, has built trailers and bodies of every kind for over 40 years, from platform and tipping trailers to heavy-load and sales trailers; the chassis are hot-dip galvanised as standard, and box bodies are available in clamped aluminium or plywood-aluminium-wood construction. The sales trailer model shows that, beyond the classic transport trailer, Krukenmeier also builds mobile sales and exhibition bodies.

When buying used in the larger versions, check the frame and axle units for wear, on tippers the hydraulics, on box bodies the tightness and condition of the panelling, and throughout the brakes and lighting; thanks to the hot-dip galvanised chassis, frame corrosion generally stays low even on older vehicles.
