The TG3400 has a three-cylinder diesel engine of 1,498 cm3 displacement, producing 29 kW (39.4 hp) at 2,600 rpm. At 1,420 kg weight and 3,110 mm length, it is a light, compact tractor. Its three-point linkage lifts up to 1,000 kg, enough for mid-weight mounted implements.
A three-cylinder diesel of around 1.5 litres and just under 30 kW is a typical power unit for compact general-purpose tractors, used in landscaping, municipal grounds work and on smaller farmland. The ISO 730 three-point linkage allows the use of front loaders, mowers and small mounted implements.
When buying a used TG3400, it is worth checking the operating hours against the build year, since compact tractors of this class are often used in municipal service with high running hours and correspondingly heavy wear on the clutch and brakes. Hydraulic couplings, the power take-off and, on four-wheel-drive versions, the front axle bearings belong on the inspection, along with rust on the bonnet and wings and the condition of the tyres, which age even when running hours stay low.
