The 3000/3100 is powered by a water-cooled four-cylinder petrol engine of 839 cc, producing 34 hp at 3,700 rpm. At a weight of 1,100 kg, a length of 2,990 mm, a height of 1,890 mm and a width of 1,530 mm, the machine is a light implement carrier with a frame chassis and a four-speed gearbox; top speed is 40 km/h. Drive was offered either as rear-wheel drive or as four-wheel drive.

As an implement carrier, the 3000/3100 mounts attachments between the axles rather than at the front or rear as on an ordinary tractor, giving a better view of the working tool and a more even weight distribution. The high-revving four-cylinder petrol engine suits the machine to mowing, sweeping and transport work in municipal and agricultural use, not to heavy tillage. Its design top speed of 40 km/h places the 3000/3100, in Germany, at the boundary between the L and T licence classes.

When buying one secondhand, the condition of the mounting interface between the axles, together with its hydraulic lines, matters most, since it carries most of the mechanical load. On the four-wheel-drive version, the front axle differential and joints should also be checked. Also worth checking are the radiator and water pump of the four-cylinder engine, the carburettor and ignition system of the petrol engine, and the clutch and gearbox; spare parts for this small series are scarce and mostly available only through specialist suppliers.
