The trailer runs on four wheels, that is a tandem axle; the two axles sit closely together, around 1.27 m apart.
This combination of very short length, low unladen weight and high payload points to a compact heavy-duty trailer for dense, concentrated loads such as containers, machinery or building materials rather than a volume vehicle.
