The ZT series was built at the VEB Traktorenwerk Schönebeck plant in East Germany and formed the backbone of East German large-tractor production for decades. The fourteen designations recorded here, from ZT 300 through ZT 303 C, ZT 307, ZT 310, ZT 313, ZT 315, ZT 320 GB, ZT 323, ZT 323-A and ZT 325 up to ZT 403 and ZT 423, show the gradual development of the series across several model generations; suffixes such as GB or ZMF denoted different equipment or export variants.
