Ford New Holland TW series

Ford New Holland TW series: upgraded large tractors after the merger with New Holland, TW-25 and TW-35 with six-cylinder engines, 113 to 137 kW / around 155 to 185 hp, built from the late 1980s
After Ford's 1991 merger with New Holland, the heavy tractor series continued as the Ford New Holland TW, replacing the earlier Ford TW generation with more powerful engines. The TW-25 and TW-35 listed here continue their predecessors' type logic, in which the number marks the power class, but now carry the new dual brand on the bonnet and cab. They continued to be built at the long-standing Antwerp, Belgium, and Basildon, England, plants.

The register lists 2 versions here with 113.3 to 136.8 kW from six-cylinder engines of 6,582 cm³, torque of 550 to 680 Nm at a rated speed of 2,200 rpm, and operating weights of 6,740 to 7,412 kg, with a length of 4,854 mm, a width of 2,123 mm and a height of 2,895 mm.
As a more powerful continuation of the TW series, the TW-25 and TW-35 remained aimed at large arable farms and competed directly with John Deere's 40 and 50 series, Case-IH's Magnum, and Massey Ferguson's 3600 series. With four-wheel drive and larger tyres, both models suited heavy tillage as well as work with wide mounted implements and trailers.
When buying used, attention should go to the condition of the clutch and transmission, the tightness of the hydraulics, rust on the fenders and cab floor, and the front axle bearings, along with a visual check of the cab suspension, which was part of the comfort equipment on this series; since New Holland continued parts supply, engine and wear parts remain well available through the New Holland network.
