The Farmer TE range comprises two types, the F-7258TE and F-9258TE, which share an identical chassis, the same displacement and the same unladen weight and differ only in engine output. With around 60 to 85 hp and an unladen weight of nearly 3.7 tonnes, the Farmer TE range counts among the medium-sized all-purpose tractors for arable and grassland farms, where the power spread between the two types serves different drawbar demands within the same chassis. Their range of use spanned tillage with ploughs and cultivators to driving loader wagons and slurry tankers, typical for all-purpose tractors of this power class.
When buying used, check the condition and operating hours of the diesel engine, rust on the chassis and mudguards, the condition of the clutch and gearbox, and the tightness of the hydraulics and PTO.
