The register lists here 13 versions with 0.75 to 90 kW, two- to eight-pole, full-load efficiencies from 73.3 to 94.2% and at 75% load from 72.4 to 94%. Frame sizes run from 80 to 315, protection is overwhelmingly IP55, voltage is uniformly 415 V. Testing mostly followed the 2019 GEMS determination, consistently with test method A; of 13 motors, 8 reach the 2005 High Efficiency Level, the remaining 5 stay unclassified.
The HGM range forms the multi-pole standard-motor block within CMG's programme, from eight- to two-pole, and positions itself as a value alternative to ABB, Siemens or WEG for pumps, fans, conveyors and general drive tasks in the Australian market.
When buying used, bearing condition and a checked insulation resistance of the winding, the visible condition of the terminal box and fan cover, the condition of shaft and key, and a legible nameplate with frame size, pole count and efficiency class all matter; spares run through CMG's Australian distribution.
