Bremach occupies a niche between classic pickups and heavy off-road vehicles and, thanks to its compact dimensions at a low gross weight, is especially sought after by mountain rescue, forestry operations and smaller fire brigades, where narrow tracks and steep gradients hinder the use of larger off-road trucks. In some countries, Bremach chassis are also used as a base for municipal street sweepers and water cannons.

On these light trucks, the condition of the transfer case and portal axles, frame corrosion, and the tightness of the differential locks all matter; since Bremach is a small manufacturer, parts run mostly directly through the maker or specialist importers. Given the limited production numbers, sourcing body panels can take longer than for mainstream light trucks.
