Antonio Carraro Tigrone

The register lists here 22 versions with diesel engines; recorded figures include 22 kW, or 41 hp, from a two-cylinder engine of 1,337 cm³, an unladen weight of 1,190 kg, a length of 2,000 mm, a maximum width of 1,087 mm and a height to the steering wheel of 1,230 mm.

Narrow-track tractors of this kind are as common on Italian, Spanish and South Tyrolean slopes as in professional fruit growing, where their narrow width allows them to run between tight rows of trees and vines; four-wheel steering and articulation, offered on some Tigrone variants, further improve manoeuvrability.

Buyers of used units should check the steering knuckles and linkage for play, as well as the hydraulics and PTO and the condition of tyres and brakes on machines used on slopes; on the compact cabs it is worth checking seals and ventilation, spares run through the Antonio Carraro dealer network.
