The Agrifull 10 series from the Italian Fiat group comprised mid-size standard tractors with a three-cylinder engine; the 55 DT and 60 DT models carry the four-wheel drive (Doppia Trazione) of the range in the DT suffix. Like the narrow-track 200 series, the 10 series was marketed under the Fiat group's umbrella alongside Fiat's own, more broadly based standard tractors.

The 10 series targeted mid-size farms in Italy and elsewhere in Europe for which four-wheel drive gave a noticeable advantage in field work on sloping or heavy ground. On the used market, Agrifull 10-series models today turn up mainly in Italy and in the southern European markets formerly supplied by Fiat.
On used Agrifull 10s, condition of the front-axle drive clutch and the axle itself, tightness and shift behaviour of the gearbox, condition of injection pump and main clutch, and rust on mudguards and sheet-metal parts count; parts run through dealers specialising in Fiat/Agrifull. and the condition of the electrics. and the seat suspension.
