AGCO White was, in the 1990s, another US tractor brand of the AGCO group headquartered in Duluth, Georgia; the brand name traces back to the White Farm Equipment Company, whose farm-machinery business AGCO acquired in 1991. The models covered here, 6045 to 6105, form the brand's 6000 compact class and, across four power steps, covered a broad field from the small farmyard tractor to the versatile mid-range model.

The 6000 series targeted smaller and mid-sized farms, orchards, vineyards and municipal use, competing there against Massey Ferguson, Ford and the emerging Japanese compact tractors; like the entire AGCO White brand, the 6000 series was withdrawn from the market in the late 1990s in favour of other AGCO brands.
On a used buy, what counts is the condition of the injection pump and cooling system, the tightness of the hydraulics, corrosion on the wings and chassis, and the limited parts supply, since the brand has long been discontinued and spares must be sourced through independent farm-machinery dealers and aftermarket brands.
