The MF 6700 series from AGCO Massey Ferguson comprises 2 models.

Alongside the Global Series, Massey Ferguson also uses the 6700 designation for a separate, Europe-oriented range. The MF 6713 S and MF 6714 S models carry the S suffix for an upgraded equipment level and rely on a larger, lower-revving four-cylinder engine than similarly named Global Series models.

The register lists 2 versions here with 96 to 103 kW from the four-cylinder diesel engine of 4,900 cm³ displacement, at 1,800 revolutions per minute. Kerb weight is 5,700 kg.

With its larger displacement at a lower rated speed, this 6700 range targets high torque with lower wear in continuous use, as valued by European arable farms with intensive drawbar work. It thereby positions itself as a separate, comfort-oriented alternative to the similarly designated Global Series models aimed at growth markets, and suits farms that value low engine speeds and quiet, fuel-efficient continuous operation.

When buying used, the turbocharger, intercooler and exhaust aftertreatment with its AdBlue system should be checked, as should the clutch and hydraulic pump of the large-displacement four-cylinder. Frame and front-axle bearings deserve particular attention given this range's higher weights, along with the cab mounts and hydraulic hoses after years of field service; spare parts are supplied by AGCO through its dealer network.
