The MF 5700 Global Dyna4 version carries the concept of the more simply equipped Global Series over to Massey Ferguson's 5700 range, with the Dyna4 powershift gearbox as its central comfort feature. The brand has belonged to the AGCO group since 1994 and assembles its larger tractor ranges at its Beauvais plant in France.

The MF 5709 Dyna4 is powered by a three-cylinder diesel engine of 3,300 cm³ displacement, delivering 95 hp or 70 kW at a rated speed of 2,200 rpm, and runs on diesel with AdBlue. At 4,070 kg unladen weight, 4,197 mm length, 1,821 mm width and 2,685 mm height on a 2,320 mm wheelbase, the machine reaches a design top speed of 40 km/h.

A three-cylinder of 3.3 litres and just under 100 hp sits in the lower mid-range of utility tractors and suits mixed operations with field and yard work, while the Dyna4 powershift gives the operating comfort of a higher-specification tractor without the full scope of the European version, shifting gears under load without a clutch pedal. At 40 km/h the MF 5709 falls into the German T licence class.

When buying used, besides the function of the Dyna4 powershift, the condition of the AdBlue system matters, since this technology can lead to fault codes and power limitation if maintenance is irregular. Bodywork and mudguards should be checked for corrosion, as with any tractor that spends much time outdoors.
