Dyna is Toyota's light-truck range, built since 1956 and offered in Japan alongside the smaller ToyoAce and, under an identical body with a different grille and badge, as the Hino Dutro. The versions carried in the register bear the payload classes 100 and 150 in their name, roughly marking the tonnage of the permitted load; D-4D denotes Toyota's common-rail direct injection, used in the Dyna since the 2000s, with the 2.5-litre four-cylinder 2KD-FTV in the lighter and the 3.0-litre 1KD-FTV in the heavier version.
