The brand itself has had a turbulent path: the Zweibrücken plant belonged to Demag until 2002, then to Terex (briefly as "Terex-Demag"), the Demag name returned in 2016, and after Tadano's 2019 acquisition, AC cranes have carried the Tadano brand since 2021. A "Terex All Terrain Crane" in SpecCodex is therefore technically related to today's Demag/Tadano AC models.
