This page gathers the Steyr tractors the register could not assign to a named range – from the first post-war types to today's big CVT tractors. Steyr has built tractors since 1947 at the St. Valentin plant in Upper Austria; in 1996 the Case Corporation took over the tractor division, and since the 1999 merger into Case New Holland, Steyr has belonged to CNH Industrial and shares the technical base of many models with Case IH. CVT marks the stepless transmissions of the 4100 to 6300 range, Profi, Multi and Kompakt denote equipment and size lines, and Impuls and Terrus stand for the brand's own big-tractor ranges. The engines, per the register, came from Steyr itself as well as from Valmet, MWM, Cummins and Sisu.

The register lists here 153 versions with 22 to 240 kW or 30 to 320 hp from two- to six-cylinders of 2,660 to 6,590 cm³, unladen weights from 1,770 to 11,500 kg and lengths from 2,630 to 5,890 mm.
Steyr is Austria's most traditional tractor brand and is strongly represented in the Alpine countries, in Eastern Europe and in the municipal sector; the compact four-wheel-drive types are designed for grassland and steep terrain, and the big CVT tractors compete technically with the Case IH and New Holland models from the same group.
On used tractors, engine condition and hydraulics count on the older types, four-wheel-drive clutch and brakes on the Kompakt and Multi models, and operating hours, the condition of the stepless transmission and electronics on the big CVT tractors; parts run through the CNH network and independent Steyr specialists in Austria.
