After 1965, Someca built only Fiat designs under licence. The "Gold Ribbon" range, created for export markets, particularly Britain, bundled these Fiat-based models of the late 1960s and 1970s under Someca's own name and trim.

In 1983 Someca was fully absorbed into the Fiatagri division, which became Fiat New Holland in 1993 and later CNH Global — an endpoint that closes out the Gold Ribbon era.
