The Primastar is Nissan's version of the mid-size van jointly developed by the Renault-Nissan alliance; identical sibling models are the second-generation Renault Trafic and the Opel/Vauxhall Vivaro. The series was built from 2001 at Renault's Sandouville plant in northern France.
