Rated output within it ranges from 25 to 45 hp; the 450 DT sits at the top of that range with 45 hp. Its immediate neighbours are the 350 DT below it with 35 hp. Unladen weight within it ranges from 970 to 1,150 kg; here the 450 DT sits at the top of that range with 1,150 kg. 29 Lamborghini / Slh models across 9 series are on record.

Lamborghini Runner range – compact four-wheel-drive tractors from Pieve di Cento: the 250 DT, 350 DT and 450 DT with three- and four-cylinder diesels, 18.4 to 33.1 kW, 970 to 1,150 kg unladen weight

The Runner range from Lamborghini Trattori of Pieve di Cento formed a compact model line with the 250, 350 and 450 types, each in DT form with the brand's standard four-wheel drive, Doppia Trazione. The range combined three- and four-cylinder diesels in a light, manoeuvrable build for smaller farms and specialist crops, where a narrow track and a tight turning circle mattered as much as raw pulling power.

The register lists here 3 versions with 18.4 to 33.1 kW output at a uniform 3,000 rpm, from three- to four-cylinder diesels of 1,118 to 1,490 cm³ and maximum torque of 59.8 to 100.2 Nm. Unladen weights range from 970 to 1,150 kg, lengths from 2,690 to 3,030 mm, widths from 1,020 to 1,260 mm and heights from 1,960 to 2,030 mm; all three models run on diesel.

With their low weight and standard four-wheel drive, the Runner range targeted smaller fields, fruit and vine growing and municipal grounds work, where manoeuvrability and sure traction in confined space mattered more than high engine power.

On a used purchase of these small four-wheel-drive tractors, the condition of the front axle and its joints counts, the clutch and gearbox, the tightness of injection pump and cooling system, and rust on mudguards, bonnet and sheet-metal parts; parts run through the SAME Deutz-Fahr network.

What to check before buying

  • Check the hour meter against the service records — a replaced instrument is the most common gap.
  • Compare the data plate and chassis number with the papers.
  • Check the weights in the papers against the figures here — attachments change them.
  • Check front and rear tyre sizes: mismatched pairs strain the drivetrain.
  • Shift the gearbox cold and warm — jumps only show up at temperature.
  • Load the hydraulics and watch for sag.
  • Ask about parts availability for this build year — the running costs hang on it.
