As part of the SDF group, Lamborghini shares engine and transmission technology with sister brands Same and Deutz-Fahr, but positions itself with distinctive design and colour as the more emotive alternative in the same market segment, from the compact orchard tractor to the large field tractor for southern and eastern European markets.

When buying used, the smaller Green Pro and Spire models call for checking the hydrostatic drive and front-loader mounting, the larger R and Racing series the turbocharger, injection pump and clutch, and generally rust on wings and the condition of cab seals; since engines come partly from Lamborghini itself and partly from Mitsubishi, Perkins and Deutz, parts supply differs by engine supplier.
