This collective page gathers Ginaf's XD range, heavy multi-axle trucks from the Dutch manufacturer based in Veenendaal. Ginaf began in 1948 as a truck dealership run by brothers Wuf and Adrie van Ginkel, who initially rebuilt and sold surplus US Army vehicles, and became an independent manufacturer in the early 1960s under the name Van Ginkels Automobiel Fabriek. The vehicles are still built on DAF cabs and components, complemented by Ginaf's own multi-axle chassis for heavy-haulage, construction and off-road work; in the XD range's type designation the first digit gives the number of axles, from the three-axle XD 3132 to the five-axle XD 5249.
