The Holybro Pix32 v6 (China) is an autopilot module of the FMUv6C class that plugs into a separate baseboard. It is meant for mid-size multicopters; the module can be exchanged without redoing the wiring of the baseboard.
The main processor is an STM32H743 (Cortex-M7, 480 MHz), with an STM32F103 handling the outputs. Two IMUs – ICM-42688-P and BMI088 or BMI055 – allow plausibility checks; a single barometer supplies altitude, with no second sensor as fallback. PX4 and ArduPilot run. The interfaces are 16 PWM, Telem1 to 3, GPS1 and 2, 1 × I2C, 2 × CAN, RC input (DSM, S.BUS, CPPM), S.BUS output and 2 analogue power ports. The input voltage is 6 V at most (USB 4.75 to 5.25 V, servo rail 0 to 36 V). The module measures 44.8 × 44.8 × 13.5 mm and weighs 36 g.
Anyone supplying US federal authorities should note that the NDAA rules take flight controllers from Chinese manufacturers out of procurement. In the EU the class follows from the finished drone.
When selecting, the baseboard combination is decisive, because it determines which ports are actually brought out. The servo rail is powered separately and not through the module. Wear shows at the contacts between module and baseboard and in the damping; after every modification the accelerometer and compass are calibrated, and parameters are saved before a firmware change.

What to check before buying
- Check the hour meter against the service records — a replaced instrument is the most common gap.
- Compare the data plate and chassis number with the papers.
- Ask about parts availability for this build year — the running costs hang on it.
