The register lists 39 versions here with 99 to 332 kW from four- to twelve-cylinder engines of 4,057 to 19,144 cm³, kerb weights of 4,000 to 28,310 kg, gross vehicle weights of 6,600 to 49,000 kg, lengths of 5,250 to 10,600 mm and widths of 2,320 to 2,550 mm.

Alongside Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Scania, Volvo and DAF, Iveco ranks among the major European truck makers and is market leader in Italy; the Magirus heritage lives on today in the fire-engine production of the separate Magirus brand. The ranges gathered here covered a wide range of uses, from medium-heavy construction vehicles to heavy tractor units for long-haul transport.

When buying used, the older AD/AS/AT series should be checked mainly for frame corrosion, the condition of tipper or crane hydraulics and the mechanical injection pumps, while the newer EuroStar and Stralis models additionally need checks on electronics, turbocharger and AdBlue/SCR technology. The gearbox and clutch should be checked relative to mileage, as should the brakes and air suspension. Iveco supplies spare parts through its European dealer network, while specialist commercial-vehicle restorers help with older Magirus components.
