The 8010 series was, in the 1990s, the range of big field tractors of the White brand, which then belonged to the AGCO farm equipment group headquartered in Duluth, Georgia. White Farm Equipment had emerged in the United States from the coming together of several long-established tractor makers before the brand passed to AGCO. The four models 8510, 8610, 8710 and 8810 Fieldmaster formed the brand's upper power class in white livery, all with six-cylinder diesel engines of the same design across the range.

Used, the Fieldmaster tractors call for checking engine condition and operating hours, the hydraulics and PTO for heavy mounted implements, front axle condition, and frame and cab mounts; transmission and clutch should also be checked under load. Spare parts now run through the AGCO organisation, to which the White brand belonged.
